The final decision
on the Manzari hearing was no surprise as the feeling from the
court room was quite negative from the very beginning. The actual
wording of the decision was nonetheless shocking in comparison
to the legal documents this writer has examined over the years
from a variety of issues and jurisdictions. To gain a reality
check on this I consulted a legal expert to get his brief opinion
of the document. His summation was "Crock of shit of a judgment!
What planet are they on?" Granted this was a very informal
reply but it did coincide with my own opinion. I have never heard
of a judgment that addressed an argument as "claptrap".
Besides the matter of my disagreement on the point, a personally
disparaging remark has no place in a such a document. TCP will
have more to say on this document as time becomes available to
make a judgment of the judgment. |
